Our Community.

Our journey started in June 2023 at the first Black Women’s Wellness Community meetup.

With limited resources, we bootstrapped a grassroots community through monthly events combining practices like yoga, sound healing, and open conversations grounded in the real-life experiences of our participants. Each gathering intentionally designed to support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Our community has now grown extensively, and we’ve built meaningful partnerships with leading wellness practitioners and organisations across London.

    Wellness Events

Wellness is more than self-care—it’s community care. From yoga and sound healing to mental health workshops, our wellness events are designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit in spaces created for us, by us.

    Community Gatherings

There’s nothing like being with your people. Our community gatherings bring Black and Brown women together to share, laugh, and support each other. From casual to deeper conversations, this is where connections are created and nurtured.

    Creative Events

Creativity is at the heart of healing and growth. Our creative events are where ideas flow, talents shine, and stories are told. Whether it’s a writing workshop or a pottery class, this is your space to express and explore.

Donate a Class

Help us on mission to make wellness accessible for all in our community.

When you donate a place at a Bridged event, you're making room for someone who needs it. A woman who wouldn't otherwise be in the room. A moment of connection, rest, or grounding that she gets to have because you made it possible.

Every donated place goes directly into our Community Access Fund, ensuring we can keep opening our doors to everyone — regardless of income.
